At Egypt The Wonderland.LLC, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the personal care and cosmetic nature of our products (including oils, skincare, hair care, and fragrances), we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used products

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Products purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective item

The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos or video of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A refund, depending on availability

4. Refunds (If Approved)

Once your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it:

Please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number

If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team and we will assist where possible

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
